Custom And Made-To-Order Products
Custom, personalised, engraved, printed, or made-to-order products are created to your specifications. Please check names, spelling, files, sizes, and instructions carefully before approving or placing an order.
Processing Times
Processing times shown on the website are estimates. Custom work, busy periods, supplier delays, courier delays, or artwork changes may affect timing.
Pricing And Payment
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars unless stated otherwise. Orders must be paid before production or dispatch unless we agree otherwise.
Shipping And Collection
Shipping costs and available methods are shown at checkout. Please provide accurate delivery details. Once an order has been handed to a courier, delivery timing is controlled by the courier network.
Returns, Faults, And Refunds
If your order is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos where relevant. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Because custom and personalised items are made for you, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect customer-supplied details, or approved designs unless required by law.
Customer-Supplied Files And Designs
If you supply artwork, logos, images, or text, you confirm that you have permission to use them and that our use of them to complete your order will not infringe another person’s rights.
