We use uploaded images only to prepare your design, create your mockup, complete your order, and contact you if we need to confirm details.

Uploaded images and design previews are stored with your order information and are only accessed by ASH Laser for production and customer service. We do not sell, share, or use your images for marketing unless you give us permission.

Original uploaded images are normally deleted within 7 days after your order is completed, unless we need them longer to finish your order, resolve an issue, meet legal/accounting requirements, or you ask us to keep them for a repeat order.

Our preview is only a guide. We keep your original uploaded image and carefully edit it ourselves before making your final board.
