Privacy & image use
We use uploaded images only to prepare your design, create your mockup, complete your order, and contact you if we need to confirm details.
Uploaded photos may be securely sent to OpenAI solely to remove the background and create your black-and-white engraving artwork. Images and design previews are stored with your order information and accessed by ASH Laser for production and customer service. We do not sell or use your images for marketing unless you give us permission.
Original uploaded images are normally deleted within 7 days after your order is completed, unless we need them longer to finish your order, resolve an issue, meet legal/accounting requirements, or you ask us to keep them for a repeat order.
